About the RoleWe are seeking an HR Advisor to join our team as part of our HR Business Partnering group. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our staff and customers, by providing expert advice on people-related matters and supporting the development of engaged and high-performing teams.
You will work closely with our HR Business Partners to implement organisational change initiatives, and contribute to the development of our organisational culture and engagement. Your expertise will help us to build strong relationships with our stakeholders, and to deliver high-quality services that meet the needs of our customers.
- Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice on people-related matters, including employment relations, talent management, and organisational development.
- Build and maintain relationships with colleagues and people leaders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Support the development of engaged and high-performing teams through coaching, mentoring, and training.
- Work collaboratively with our HR Business Partners to implement organisational change initiatives.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR, preferably in a large and complex organisation.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and best practices in HR.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to think critically and use initiative to drive business outcomes.
