We are a highly regarded Building Consent Authority, committed to excellence in building inspections. Our team is dedicated to providing high-quality services to our customers, and we're seeking a talented individual to join us as Team Leader and Senior Building Inspector.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supporting our team of Building Inspectors to achieve our goals of fostering positive development within our district while ensuring compliance with the Building Act. You will work closely with our processing and compliance teams, as well as other stakeholders, to promote a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

What We Look For:

We're looking for a motivated individual with strong technical expertise in building inspections and a passion for leadership.
