Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong relationships with applicants, stakeholders, and colleagues
  • Process building applications, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
  • Provide advice and guidance on building matters
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve outcomes

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • An appropriate NZ qualification relating to Building Control (or working towards)
  • An understanding of current NZ Building Code legislation and NZ Building Code
