**Overview of the Position**

We are looking for a Primary Health Care Professional who can provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the development of our services. As a rural medical specialist, you will have the opportunity to work in a diverse setting and make a real difference in the lives of our patients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general practice or nursing, with experience in acute care, wound management, and long-term conditions. You will need to be familiar with Indici and have a strong passion for rural primary healthcare and Kaupapa Maori focused health.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A NZ Registration as a General Practitioner or Nurse Practitioner
  • Familiarity with Indici
  • Availability for 6 sessions per week
  • Willingness to work in urgent care & General Medical Care Clinics
  • Experience in Accident & Urgent Care, wound management, and long-term conditions
