The Role
We are seeking a Loan Kit Technician to join our fulfillment team based in Auckland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for packing and dispatching loan set kits and implants to hospitals and specialist rooms, receiving and unpacking returned loan sets, liaising with customers to ensure loan sets meet their requirements, and resupplying and picking implant inventory.
Key Responsibilities
- Packing and dispatching loan set kits and implants to hospitals and specialist rooms
- Receiving and unpacking returned loan sets from customers and hospitals
- Liaising with internal and external customers to ensure loan sets meet the surgeons and sales representatives' requirements
- Resupplying and picking implant inventory for hospital consignment locations
- Transacting all products accurately within the required time frame in ERP system as per standard operating procedures
