About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Wellington-based Māori Trustee team. As a Kaitiaki | Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the regional team delivers high-quality Trust administration duties and property management services.

Key responsibilities include building a strong team culture, providing clear instructions, and ensuring team members are well-trained and equipped to meet targets and deliverables. A strong understanding of trust administration, property management, and Māori land management is essential.

  • Experience in team leadership and people management
  • Ability to build and grow a team culture
  • Proven experience in managing team performance
  • Strong reporting and documentation skills
