Role Overview:
As a Strategic Partnership Manager at Robert Walters, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our client's business. You will assist in developing the Distribution and New Zealand business strategy, planning, and implementing a broker strategy to attract high-value customers.

- Leading Operationalisation: Lead the operationalisation and execution of the strategic plan to meet key milestones and deliver on target results.
- Identifying Business Threats: Identify and effectively respond to business threats and opportunities that arise.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a proven ability to deliver on agreed targets, demonstrate strategic leadership skills, and possess strong insurance industry knowledge, particularly in commercial insurance. Your operational and financial acumen will also be essential in excelling in this role.
