Main Tasks:

  • Full P&L ownership for the delivery of Strategic Growth Plans.
  • Drive top-line business results to deliver against KPIs.
  • Champion PepsiCo people processes that attract, develop, and retain top talent.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree minimum.
  • Senior leadership experience heading sales and/or category teams within FMCG, across both Grocery & Non-Grocery channels.
  • Strong analytical skills and a strong commercial background.
