Sales Performance Leader

The Sales Performance Leader will be responsible for driving business growth and planning within a defined territory. This role requires a strong understanding of the Orthopaedic Medical Device Technology industry and the ability to maximise sales of Smith & Nephew orthopaedic products and brands.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Ensure the execution and reporting of sales and marketing activities in territory.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer advocates for Smith & Nephew product portfolios in the assigned territory.
  • Consult Marketing / Regulatory Affairs Department on field promotional materials.

**Requirements**

  • Tertiary qualifications in science or business related discipline.
  • Experience in Orthopaedic Medical Device Technology.
