We are seeking a skilled Support Services Administrator to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will provide essential support to various departments, ensuring the smooth operation of our organisation.\

Key Responsibilities\
• Assist with quality and risk processes, including document management and reporting.\
• Provide administrative support for health and safety initiatives.\
• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, such as meeting support, data entry, and reporting.\
• Assist both clinical and non-clinical teams with a range of administrative needs.\
\
Requirements\
• Highly tech-savvy individual with advanced experience using modern technological devices, AI tools, email systems, office software, and emerging technologies.\
• Comfortable adapting to new technologies, troubleshooting issues, and leveraging digital tools to improve efficiency.\
• Proactive and adaptable attitude, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.\
• Exceptional organisational skills and a strong attention to detail.\
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.\
• Willingness to learn and contribute to a variety of tasks.\
