We're looking for a Kaitautoko Ratonga | Support Services Administrator to join our Mercy Hospice team.This pivotal role will see you providing essential support to quality and risk, health and safety, communications, and general administration.
You'll work across clinical and non-clinical areas, contributing to the smooth running of our organisation and helping uphold our values.Nga mahi | What you'll doTautoko kounga me te turaru – Assist with quality and risk processes, including document management and reporting.Whakahaere hauora me te haumaru – Provide administrative support for health and safety initiatives.Whakahaere whanui – Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, such as meeting support, data entry, and reporting.Tautoko rongoa me te hunga kaore e mahi rongoa – Assist both clinical and non-clinical teams with a range of administrative needs.Highly tech-savvy individual with advanced experience using modern technological devices, AI tools and platforms, email systems, office software, and emerging technologies.Comfortable adapting to new technologies, troubleshooting issues, and leveraging digital tools to improve efficiency.A proactive and adaptable attitude, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.Exceptional organisational skills and a strong attention to detail.Strong written and verbal communication skills.A willingness to learn and contribute to a variety of tasks.Nga ra mahi | Days of workMonday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 8am to 4:30pmWednesday (Rostered day off)32 Hours totalTo apply for this role, please submit your CV and a Cover letter via our advert on Seek.For a copy of the position description for this role, please email Hannah Roughton.Your story could be part of oursMercy Hospice is an industry leader and has been delivering specialist palliative care for over 40 years.
