About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Emergency Triage Nurse/Paramedic who can work independently and as part of a dynamic team. As a key member of our Ambulance 111 Emergency Call Centres, you will be responsible for providing essential health and well-being support and advice to people across New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide secondary triage to patients who may not require an ambulance but need alternative care pathways or self-care advice.
  2. Triage patients over the telephone to assess and help callers take appropriate action or utilise the correct level of care for a given problem.
  3. Give advice and support that respects backgrounds and cultures.
