We bring together national helplines, including supporting Ambulance 111 Emergency Call Centres, to provide essential health and well-being support and advice to people across New Zealand. Your Role:
You will be joining a dynamic and specialist team, working in shifts to provide 24/7 support over the phone and online for a range of healthcare services. As an Emergency Triage Nurse/Paramedic, you will assess patients' needs and provide appropriate care pathways or self-care advice. This role requires strong triage skills, confidence in working with technology, and the ability to work independently and autonomously.
Responsibilities:
* Assess patients' needs and provide appropriate care pathways or self-care advice
* Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
* Maintain accurate records of caller information in our database and follow clinical guidelines
