This role is an exciting opportunity to provide care and support to older adults who are experiencing mental illness.

As a Clinical Community Mental Health Specialist, you will be working in a community-based setting, Monday to Friday, providing group and individual work with clients.

You will be responsible for embracing case management by creating positive impacts with older people in a mental health environment.

Collaboration with Community Psychiatric Nurses and Nurse Practitioners is essential to support Older Persons' Mental Health Services in the community.

To be successful in this role, you will need to develop positive relationships and contribute to improving patient lives.
