The Workplace Reintegration Specialist will play a critical role in our Reintegration team, focusing on matching job specifications to prisoner requirements. With a strong understanding of labour market trends, you will be responsible for negotiating employment opportunities with external agencies and employers.

You will work closely with prison teams and employers to enforce conditions of release and monitor work placements. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to develop strong working relationships with various stakeholders.
