Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Services Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a Services Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering solutions to customers in their homes and workplaces. Your role will involve installing and setting up technology, including WIFI, TV, PC, and Audio, as well as troubleshooting problems and providing advice and support to customers.

You will work 9am to 5pm, Tuesday to Saturday, and will require a full clean New Zealand Driver's license to operate one of our company vehicles.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience with installing and setting up technology
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
  • The ability to undertake heavy lifting, climb ladders, and be on your feet for long periods of time

Ideal Qualifications

  • Apple OS/IOS knowledge
  • Experience in school, enterprise, or SME IT support roles
  • Device management knowledge
  • Software knowledge - Jamf, Google admin, and/or Microsoft admin
