We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Relationship Builder to join our team at Lion Inc. This permanent opportunity will see you working closely with our National Hospitality Sales Manager, based at our Wellington HQ.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and managing our existing customer base.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a proven track record of success in sales.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Maintaining strong customer relationships and adherence to your call cycle to ensure customer needs are being met.
  2. Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to pursue them.
  3. Sell in of Retail range to existing customer base.
  4. Ensuring existing accounts are supported through training, servicing, and resources to help them grow their coffee business.
  5. Building capability in coffee training and troubleshooting for machinery queries.

We're looking for someone who:

  1. Is motivated, self-driven, and pro-active with a desire to achieve results and use initiative.
  2. Has excellent organizational and time management skills.
  3. Has strong verbal and written communication and customer service skills.
  4. Has passion and a strong attention to detail.
  5. Has experience in a similar sales role within FMCG.
