About the Role:
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting customers with claims and communication processes for The Warehouse Group.
This position requires strong administrative skills, excellent spoken and written communication skills, and the ability to work with urgency.
You will be responsible for the claims journey, ensuring all stakeholders are communicated with throughout the process.
Our ideal candidate has previous experience within a contact centre, preferably in an insurance environment, and possesses product knowledge and expertise.
Working collaboratively with a team to deliver outcomes identified as part of the Protection Framework.
