Role Overview
This Project Coordinator position is a critical component of our Programme Management Office (PMO), supporting the coordination of projects from commencement to completion. The successful candidate will work closely with Project Managers and other stakeholders to deliver results beyond expectations.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Support Project Managers with tasks and responsibilities, enabling them to focus on strategic objectives
  • Manage project registers, ensuring timely review and update to meet key dates
  • Prepare regular status reports for the governance group, liaising with the Programme Office as needed
  • Maintain accurate project schedules and Kanban boards, updating the team on any variances
  • Ensure project financials are accurately tracked and reported, contracts for suppliers are in place and accessible

About You
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team. You'll have a proven track record in project coordination, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
