Maintenance Officer - ULTIMATE CARE MADISONThe Ultimate Care Group is a privately owned Specialist Residential Aged Care Services Provider.
We offer rest home, hospital, and dementia care to the elderly in 19 residential facilities throughout New Zealand.Our Facility - Madison is a small boutique retirement village with well-appointed 1 and 2 bedroom spacious villas, which includes a hospital.
Our central Courtyard enjoys all day sun and has a large aviary and well-manicured gardens.We have a permanent full time opportunity (32 hours per week) for an experienced Maintenance Assistant at our Ultimate Care Madison Facility, Levin.Reputable FacilityThe Role:General maintenance and repair of buildings, furniture, and equipmentCarry out regular site checks to approved practicesLiaise with building maintenance contractorsEnsure overall site safety - be familiar with emergency proceduresAbout you:Must be physically fitDemonstrated level of competence in general property and grounds maintenance and repairsWork both independently and as part of the teamGood time management and organizational skillsAbility to multitask and use initiativeJoin our team; we would love to hear from you.Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
