Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Office Services Coordinator to join our team, based in Wellington. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a busy, varied, and professional environment, with a passion for delivering exceptional service. You will be responsible for various tasks including photocopying, binding, mail distribution, couriers, attending to phone and email queries, and general office maintenance like assembling office furniture and other duties that require heavy lifting and use of a ladder.

Responsibilities
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Photocopying
- Binding documents
- Mail distribution
- Couriers
- Attending to phone and email queries
- Assisting with room and furniture set up for meetings and functions
- General office maintenance

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you would ideally have:
- General office administration experience

- Minimum of four years secondary school attendance
