You will be joining a high performing team with a great culture.This role plays its part in supporting Council's community focus and supports water conservation across Hamilton City by capturing water consumption data enabling customers to make informed water conservation decisions.This is a busy and varied role with two core parts.
The first part includes receiving water meter read data from across our network of commercial, industrial and non-residential customers and generating invoices for payment.The second part includes answering customer queries, completing trade waste and third-party invoicing, generating work orders for our in-house maintenance delivery team, organising special reads, investigating water use, missing meters and much more.QualificationsOo puumanawa me oo wheako | Your skills and experienceConfident interpersonal skillsExcellent financial data management skills and a strong analytical abilityVery good attention to detailAn intermediate level of computer literacy specifically with the Microsoft Office SuiteThe ability to quickly learn new systems, identify process improvements and adapt to changeThe ability to operate independently whilst building on the strength of the teamExcellent time management to operate within a fast-paced environmentAdditional InformationHe aha te wariu o te utu kaimahi?
