We are looking for a Revenue Coordinator on a fixed term basis until the end of February 2026. You will be joining a high performing team with a great culture.

This role plays its part in supporting Council's community focus and supports water conservation across Hamilton City by capturing water consumption data enabling customers to make informed water conservation decisions.

This is a busy and varied role with two core parts. The first part includes receiving water meter read data from across our network of commercial, industrial and non-residential customers and generating invoices for payment.

The second part includes answering customer queries, completing trade waste and third-party invoicing, generating work orders for our in-house maintenance delivery team, organising special reads, investigating water use, missing meters and much more.

  • Excellent time management to operate within a fast-paced environment
