This is a great opportunity for someone with a great customer centric background to progress your career and be part of a global organisation.An exciting and immediate opportunity for a Sales Support Co-Ordinator to join our established team based at our Albany plant.Duties IncludeResponding to customer inquiries, process orders accurately, and provide timely updates on order status.Supporting our Account Managers by preparing quotes, managing documentation, and coordinating with internal teams to meet customer needs.Maintain accurate records, update customer information, and ensure all documentation is processed efficiently.Address customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and work with internal departments to find effective solutions.Work closely with the Customer Services team to improve processes, share insights, and contribute to a positive work environment.About YouIdeally you will have experience in customer service.
