Our ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of skills and experience, including the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, maintain high levels of organization, and adapt quickly to changing situations. They will also possess excellent communication skills, a proven track record of working effectively with diverse stakeholders, and a deep understanding of the importance of inclusivity in education.

In this role, you'll work closely with our learner engagement team to develop and implement strategies that promote accessibility and inclusion across the institution. You'll also collaborate with our disability services team to provide tailored support to learners with disabilities and ensure that they have access to the resources they need to succeed.

Requirements:
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with learners, staff, and external stakeholders.
  • Proven experience working in a busy coordination or administrative role, ideally within the health and disability or education sectors.
  • A deep understanding of the importance of inclusivity in education and a commitment to creating a barrier-free environment.
