We steward the family violence and sexual violence system and drive realisation of the cross-agency strategy—Te Aorerekura. We work in partnership with communities across Aotearoa New Zealand, placing survivors, families, and whanau at the heart of everything we do.
Te Haeata/The Opportunity
Te Puna Aonui is looking for a passionate System Development Lead to drive the implementation of Te Aorerekura in Place. This role involves leading the commissioning work program, developing innovative methodologies, and collaborating with key stakeholders to create community-led solutions that address family violence and sexual violence.
As the System Development Lead, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and delivering effective, community-led solutions to support Te Aorerekura in Place. You will lead the commissioning work program, develop streamlined methodologies, and work closely with key stakeholders to ensure equitable outcomes for those affected by family violence and sexual violence.
O pukenga/Skills and Experience

strong knowledge of commissioning processes and standards with extensive experience in social sector/relational contracting, procurement, and commissioning.
Knowledge of tikanga Maori and experience working with Maori entities or organisations, ideally in social sector commissioning.
Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities to build strong working relationships with stakeholders.
Proven leadership and mentorship capabilities to develop social sector commissioning principles knowledge and capability.
Experience in providing strategic advice to inform collaborative multi-agency activities for positive outcomes.
Knowledge of the machinery of government to navigate and influence within the public sector.

Utu a-tau/Salary
The appointing salary for this role will be between $128,129 and $166,062 based on skills and experience.
