
Receptionist With Admin Tasks

Location: Dargaville and Whangarei Physio Clinic - currently 2 days a week in Dargaville and 1 day in Whangarei, cover as and when required for the Whangarei Clinic.
Car or travel reimbursement will be considered depending on the successful applicant's location.Schedule: 3 days a week (with flexibility to cover additional days as needed)Are you an organized, detail-oriented individual with a knack for multitasking and picking up new skills quickly?

If so, we may have the perfect opportunity for youJob Description:We are seeking a part-time Receptionist with Admin Tasks to join our team.
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization.
Your primary responsibilities will include front desk reception duties, administrative support, and assisting with various office tasks.
You will also be responsible for covering annual leave and sickness for other receptionists as needed.
For the right candidate, this could grow into a full-time position with more administrative responsibilities.Key Qualifications:Exceptional Organizational Skills: You should have a keen eye for detail, be highly organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.Fast Learner: You should have the ability to quickly grasp new concepts, processes, and technologies.Proficiency in Excel and Word: A good understanding of Microsoft Excel and Word is essential for this role.Experience with Gensolve Practice Management: While not mandatory, previous experience with Gensolve Practice Management is a distinct advantage.Knowledge of ACC Contracts: Familiarity with ACC Contracts would also be beneficial but is not required.Responsibilities:Reception duties, including answering calls, greeting clients, and managing appointments.Administrative tasks such as data entry, file management, and document preparation.Providing reception coverage for annual leave and sickness of other receptionists.Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.Assisting with special projects as needed.How to Apply:If you meet the qualifications listed above and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please submit your resume and a brief cover letter detailing your relevant experience.Active+ Northland is an equal opportunity employer.
