With 4 high-tech theatres, 20 post-operative recovery day stay beds, and 20 inpatient en-suite rooms, we offer a wide range of elective day surgery.Established in March 2024, we are looking for a results-driven and strategically minded General Manager to lead us into the next phase of our success and to lead the operation of our exceptional facility and our team of high-performing healthcare professionals.Key Responsibilities of the role:Lead a successful organisation that is highly regarded by our specialists, patients, and staff.Lead the implementation of the strategic business plan to drive long-term growth and profitability.Ensure the delivery of excellent clinical services and seamless patient-centred care.Maximise utilisation of our new high-tech facilities.Develop and foster funding contracts and service delivery agreements.Drive opportunities to improve services and embed a culture of continuous improvement.About you:In addition to exceptional and proven commercial acumen, you will be an outstanding leader of people, with extensive experience leading a customer-facing clinical enterprise, and a track record of driving strategy and delivering growth.
