We move the companies that drive the world, enabling New Zealand to flourish.We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our Northern hub located in our Hamilton branch, providing excellent support and service to our customers.As a Customer Service Representative, you will be providing excellent service to Team Global Express customers, managing enquiries through various support channels.
Reporting to our fantastic Customer Service Team Leader you will also be responsible for:Supporting and liaising with our internal/external customersDeveloping and maintaining strong internal/external customer relationshipsBeing involved in any process improvements to raise quality and serviceProactively identifying and informing customers of any network delaysManaging customer queries via phone/email and managing customer escalationsResolving customer queries in a timely and professional mannerRecording all inbound and outbound correspondence with customersWe are looking for a driven individual who can work in a team environment, contributing to the success of Team Global Express.
You will have demonstrated attention to detail with the ability to prioritise and multitask.
Additionally, you will have:A minimum of one year experience in a similar customer-facing roleTime management and organisational skillsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalA positive and cooperative attitude towards customers and other employeesDemonstrable problem-solving skillsGood computer literacy and data entry skillsExperience with OnTime, Genesys Purecloud, and/or Salesforce would be beneficialAn inclusive workplace works for everyone.We celebrate difference.
