An exciting opportunity has come up for a motivated and energetic individual to join our team. The field of responsibility is very wide and includes (but is not limited to) the handling of product related enquiries, product administration, the procurement of special orders, overstock analysis/control and product range development, which all will play a very important part in the future success of our salesforce and the company overall.

An experienced team will assist you in driving this vision forward.

**The position involves**:

- Processing of product enquiries/questions/complaints sent to our Product Ticket system
- Administration of products using the IP Live, STEP, and WS1 systems
- Processing and sourcing special order requests
- Devaluation and overstock analysis and control
- Deciding company special items based on what is new, seasonal, overstocked, discontinued, etc.
- Deciding and loading of special prices and also analysis and loading of list and bulk price positions
- Playing an integral part in the future product range development and control

**Experience in the following will give you an advantage**:

- Understanding of fixings and fasteners, in particular in the areas of engineering, construction and the automotive aftermarket
- Experience with SAP
