Project Coordinator (Property Repairs)Closing date: Monday 6 January 2025
Salary: £36,772 - £38,084 per annum pro-rata
Location: Bishop Auckland, Hybrid, Seaham
We're on the lookout for a Project Coordinator (Property Repairs) to join the believe housing team to work up to 30 hours (ideally three to four days per week) on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity if you want to make a real difference.

Our offices are based in Seaham and Bishop Auckland and although we work flexibly, it is envisaged that this role will require both an offsite and onsite presence as per business need when required.
About the RoleThe Project Coordinator (Property Repairs) will work in conjunction with Senior Managers and Team Leads, ensuring that believe housing's Property Repairs Team is developed as a flagship service that is great, consistent and modern.
Provide co-ordination and support on Property Repairs supply chain requirements to deliver a high-quality service whilst balancing cost, quality and risk.
The successful candidate will:
Assist in the scoping, monitoring and implementation of Property Repairs strategic projects ensuring they are delivered on time and to a high standard.Collaborate with team leads and senior managers to coordinate local projects, implement value added activities, support with integration and monitor their effectiveness.Work closely with team leads and senior managers to turn thoughts into actions, resulting in continuous improvement and new ways of working ensuring an effective and efficient service.Be responsible for ensuring Property Repairs policies, procedures and timescales are monitored, reviewed and improved to enhance service delivery.Be responsible for problem solving and prioritisation of work whilst balancing customer need, risk, availability of resources.As well as a competitive salary of £36,772 – £38,084 per annum pro-rata some of our top benefits and rewards include:
