Ict Senior Project Coordinator

This role provides essential support to ensure the smooth delivery of initiatives within the ICT Portfolio.
As the Senior Project Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our project operations, supporting senior project resources by:
Coordinating project activities, schedules, and risks to keep everything on track.Maintaining and updating key project documentation, including RAID registers, budgets, and timelines.Facilitating effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders.Contributing to financial management by tracking budgets, monitoring expenditures, and ensuring accurate reporting.Managing general logistics, status reporting, meeting minutes, and preparation of essential documents.You are a highly organised professional with at least 2 years of experience as a project coordinator on large, complex IT or business projects. You thrive in dynamic environments and have a track record of contributing to successful project outcomes. Your skills and qualities may include:
Advanced skills in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (and ideally MS Project & Visio).Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.Financial acumen, with awareness of financial impacts and budgeting.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Interpersonal skills to interact effectively at all levels, with honesty and reliability.A collaborative team-oriented approach, promoting teamwork and holding others accountable.This role offers an opportunity to sharpen your project coordination skills, take on more autonomy, and work on high-impact ICT initiatives.
