As an Advisor, Ministerial Services, you will coordinate and provide advice on ministerial servicing processes (such as briefings, aide memoires, Parliamentary questions, and Official Information Act requests).
You'll be responsible for ensuring that these processes are delivered with quality, timeliness, and in compliance with procedural standards.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with key stakeholders, drive the successful delivery of ministerial services, and contribute to the smooth functioning of the Ministry's operations.The salary range for this role is $66,930 to $ 100,394.
Starting salary will be based on the knowledge, skills, and experience the successful candidate brings to the role.What you'll bring:We value diverse experiences and backgrounds.
Our ideal candidate will have the following skills and experiences that are essential for success as an Advisor, Ministerials: * A basic understanding of ministerial processes such as briefings, aide memoires, Parliamentary questions, and Official Information Act requests, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Good communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a willingness to ask questions and seek guidance when needed.
* A genuine interest in working with and for Pacific communities, with the ability to understand and respect cultural values.
* An understanding of government and public sector processes, or experience in a similar role is highly desired.
* Attention to detail and the ability to follow through on assigned tasks.
