Key Account Associate

We have a great opportunity for a Key Account Associate to join our consumer team. This is a newly created role where you will be providing critical support to our National Key Account Manager (NKAM) and our valued retail partners.
You will work alongside the team to develop and execute account plans, build relationships with key stakeholders, and identify opportunities to enhance sales and market share through targeted trade campaigns and new product development.
You will monitor market trends and competitor activity, assess data to create actionable insights, and support category review preparations to ensure we stay ahead.
You will assist with documentation management, maintain accurate records, and support Key Account Managers in delivering a seamless customer experience.
You will act as a central communication point, ensuring smooth interactions between key customers and internal teams. Address and resolve any issues to maintain strong relationships with our retail partners.
What you'll bring You will have a minimum of 2 years in FMCG or consumer health.
You have experience using data analysis and insights - you understand the importance of good data and how it can help you manage accounts in a customer centric approach.
You can communicate with ease, verbally and written, internally and externally.
You are a natural problem solver, people come to you, you find the solution.
You are proactive and organised with strong attention to detail.
