We take pride in providing top-quality comprehensive service and expertise in the installation and servicing of fire alarm systems, emergency lighting, sprinkler systems, building warrant of fitness, fire extinguishers, and other services.

Our team of experienced technicians and support staff work closely with building owners, body corporates, and tenants to ensure their fire safety needs are met.

About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Coordinator & Scheduler to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our workflow schedule with optimum efficiency, managing/supervising technicians, and ensuring service delivery to our clients in a prompt and timely manner.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience with scheduling technicians, preferably with a technical understanding of how on-field work is managed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing daily customer service calls and remedial work requirements
  • Allocating and scheduling technicians daily; proactive planning and time management are key
  • Proactively communicating with all stakeholders (clients, technicians, suppliers, & sub-contractors) ensuring all are well informed of the scope of work, job schedule, timings, and any other job-specific requirements
  • Notifying clients and technicians regarding scheduled appointments, schedule changes, cancellations, etc
  • Arranging relevant materials/tools for the technicians required to carry out the work
  • Receiving all completed job sheets from technicians daily, ensuring documentation is complete and finalizing client invoices
  • Reviewing technician timesheets and ensuring all work is accurately invoiced out
  • Maintaining good communication with service, accounts, and warehouse departments to achieve optimum efficiency
  • Complete training in our company procedures will be provided; however, computer literacy is a must, and a basic understanding of an integrated database is a plus

About You

Must have excellent computer literacy skills, preferably with some basic knowledge of integrated databases

Able to perform as part of a wider team and work alongside other departments

Strong communication skills (written & verbal) and attention to detail are essential
