By leveraging your interest and curiosity in property development, you'll partner with developers and vendors to investors and buyers, playing a crucial role in helping them find their perfect home. With unparalleled support from our Engine Room team, you'll be able to focus on what matters most. #levelup #elevatedexperiencesThe day-to-dayCustomer Experience You'll build effective and long standing relationships with vendors, investors, property developers and buyers by understanding client needs for the perfect matchMarket Expertise You'll research property development and first-home buyer market trends, determine property values and offer pricing adviceProperty Assessment Review documentation, imagery and visit sites to assess potentialDeal Negotiation Skillfully negotiate contracts and ensure smooth transaction closingsCompliance The detail never escapes your attention, ensure paperwork is spot-onLearning & Growth Stay updated on industry trends and attend training for professional developmentTime Management An organised life. You'll seamlessly plan and manage your daily, weekly and monthly goals with a team focused and big picture mindsetCommunication Utilise a range of tools for effective communication. You enjoy keeping people in the loop with regular updates and understand who needs to know what and whenThe skills we're looking forActive Real Estate Licence You'll have an active real estate licence in New ZealandCommercial Acumen You're able to understand, analyse, and make sound business decisionsProven Experience Ideally you'll have 6+ months experience as a Real Estate Agent, with a specific focus on new builds and off plan sales, or an interest to specialise in this areaZoning and Land Knowledge You're a quick learner with the ability to grasp complex product details and market dynamics. You'll ideally bring knowledge of the property development lifecycle or a keenness to learn.Communication and Negotiation Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively represent client' interestsInterpersonal Skills Exceptional interpersonal and networking abilities to build and maintain client relationshipsTech Savvy Experience with using CRM software for lead management and data entry (Vaultre) with the ambition to meet and exceed lead qualification goals and KPI'sValues Champion You're a champion of our values You bring social intelligence, humility, commercial awareness and enjoy challenging the status quo.
