Job Opportunity

We are looking for an ambitious property professional to join our Large Format Retail Leasing team.

You will be based in our award-winning Auckland CBD premises, working as part of a successful agency team responsible for establishing and strengthening relationships.

Your Role

You will identify and build relationships with prospective LFR tenants and landlords, establishing a strong presence in the market.

You will conduct property inspections, assess market conditions, and provide expert advice to clients.

You will create and execute effective strategies to maximize outcomes for clients, collaborating with cross-functional teams nationally.

Market Trends

You will stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities, maintaining a strong network of internal and industry contacts.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A REA salesperson's license
  • A proven track record of high performance in sales or leasing
  • An understanding of the local retail property market and established network of clients

Your Strengths

You will bring exceptional communication skills, being a team player with integrity, drive, and initiative.

You will be adaptable and able to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Salary Estimate

The estimated annual salary for this role is around $80,000-$120,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
