**Role Description**

The Lead Landlord Outreach Specialist at Blackwood Property will be responsible for reaching out to potential landlords to acquire new business. The role is a full-time WFH/NZ-based position. The Lead Landlord Outreach Specialist must have communication & customer service skills, be detail-oriented, and possess the ability to build a strong rapport with potential landlords.

**Qualifications**
- No experience necessary, but experience in sales, customer service, or related field is a plus
- Communication and customer service skills
- A team player who can also work independently
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships with potential landlords
- Good basic computer skills and proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Docs

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $22.70 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 10 per week
