**Te Whiwhinga mahi - The Opportunity**

In the Property division you will work with a team of technical specialists to provide and promote outcome focussed, technical property services for public and external stakeholders in respect of the property interests that impact the road corridor. You will:

- Provide high quality technical property advice to AT's internal teams, CCOs and the public with regard to AT's policies and guidelines and applicable statutory processes.
- Build capability within the wider team through coaching and mentoring on areas of expertise and commercial initiatives.
- Provide a quality customer service experience for enquiries within the team's areas of expertise.
- Engage and manage external consultants and professionals such as lawyers, valuers, surveyors and LINZ consultants.
- Undertake appropriate risk management.
- Review all leases, licences, contracts, instruments and agreements for accuracy.
- Undertake research and analysis as required
- Assist with official information requests.
- Provide guidance and training to team members and other stakeholders on the team's areas of expertise.

**Nā tāu rourou | What will you bring?**
- A tertiary qualification in Property, Law, Valuation or Business
- 7-10+ years of experience in a relevant property field including leasing, licensing, technical services and property transactions.
- Desirable will be experience in Local Government Act, Public Works Act and other statutory and public sector processes, including LGOIMA enquiries.
- Experience with Landonline and knowledge of e-dealing, searching certificates of title, encumbrances and registered interests.
- Proven experience building effective relationships at every level.
- Using databases and information management systems e.g. SharePoint and SAP or SAP RE would be an advantage.
- Prior experience in a front facing role and dealing with public.
- Experience in working in highly confidential environments.
