We're seeking a P&C Business Partner or practitioner ready to grow into the Business Partner role, with experience in organisational change management and a passion for leveraging technology to systematise processes and drive agility. The P&C team of 2.5 needs a dynamic, tech-savvy colleague to help ensure the function keeps pace with a rapidly changing environment and strategic agenda. Every night, you'll go home knowing you made a difference in someone's life.About you:A P&C practitioner with 5+ years advising and partnering with managers, and delivering responsive P&C services.Proven expertise in guiding change management processes that drive organisational growth and transformation.A genuine passion for building relationships and partnering with leaders to harmonise HR strategies with organisational goals.Experience acting as a trusted advisor to managers on employee engagement, performance management, team development, P&C policies, procedures, and best practices.A background that includes L&D or organisational development roles preferred.Aptitude for a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.Confidence using agile approaches to streamline HR processes and align them with business transformation is an advantage.Alignment with World Vision's Christian values and humanitarian worldview.Why work with us?The team at World Vision are connected in our desire to seek justice and to overcome poverty for all children, everywhere.
