Your key responsibilities are: Build and maintain effective relationships to establish credibility as a strategic partner and trusted advisorProvide high quality, best practice and effective Employment Relations / Industrial Relations support including support of Collective Employment Agreement negotiations, resolution of grievances and disciplinary processesCoach managers to develop the competence and confidence required to perform their people management responsibilities effectivelyProvide business partners with relevant data and insight to support decision-makingLead and/or drive culture development, DEIB, leadership and engagement initiatives across OfficeMaxDrive a collaborative, innovative and values-based culture and a culture of coaching for performance and productivityWhere required, develop the business case for change, and identify and engage people who can make change happen; monitor progress and success of change processes and sustain change through HR solutionsComply with, promote and participate in Company Health, Safety & Wellbeing (HSW) policies and initiatives as requiredWhat you will bring: Tertiary qualification in HR management or equivalent5+ years HR generalist experience preferably in a medium to large organisationSignificant ER/IR experience.
