We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Ruby. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization by driving strategic HR initiatives that support our business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with our business goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive organizational change and improvement initiatives
- Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters, including recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement
- Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and best practices related to HR
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with HR operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a business partnering role
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
