Manager, People and Culture (part-time)

Reporting to the Head of People and Culture, ANZ and acting as a key business partner to the Commercial & Operations Director, NZ, you will support Line Managers and Team Members across the full suite of Human Resources services in a truly HR Generalist position. With a diverse client group of approximately 50 employees, you'll have the opportunity to get intimate with the business, whilst tailoring your business partnership to the needs of the different teams. Ideally, we are looking for a talented individual to join the team 3 days per week, however flexibility is something we value and therefore would be open to explore different configurations for the right person.

• HR business partnership

• End to end recruitment

• Co-ordinating new team member onboarding

• Leveraging our HRIS for process execution and data management

• Managing various employee cases

• Providing HR advisory services

• Co-ordinating employee engagement activities

• Supporting the local execution of global HR programs including annual compensation processes, performance reviews, engagement surveys, development and succession planning, bonus payments

• Experienced HR Business Partner/Manager looking for a new opportunity or high performing/ambitious HR Advisor looking for their next step

• Formal HR qualifications advantageous

• Tech savvy and comfortable navigating HRIS type software
