We are looking for an energetic and motivated team leader for our Intensive support service for our Tamariki in Whanganui.
You will lead a team in supporting our young people to live as independently as possible whilst also providing a safe environment where they can develop confidence, build friendships, and interact within the community.There will be a mixture of morning, afternoon, and evening shifts spanning across the week, so having the flexibility to support your team across a variety of shifts is a key part of this role.What does the role involve?

Your day will involve a range of responsibilities and could include:Activities at home and in the community that are meaningful and purposeful to the youth, including maximizing independence and involving Whanau.Household duties including meal preparation, daily care routines, and personal cares.Working together with a team to implement personal support plans consistently, with effective and positive teamwork and communication.Providing people with a warm and nurturing environment to live in, which is inclusive of ideas and feedback so that each person is supported towards their personal goals.What is in it for you?
