The Senior Allied Health Professional will provide high-level support to the team leader and contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to improve patient outcomes. This role involves overseeing and supporting the prioritization of clinical workloads, as well as non-clinical tasks such as rostering, performance reviews, recruitment, and service development.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-level support to the team leader
* Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to improve patient outcomes
* Oversee and support prioritization of clinical workloads
* Support with rosters, performance reviews, recruitment, and service development
Requirements
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in an allied health or nursing role
* Excellent communication skills and ability to support the development of others
* Previous leadership or service improvement activity experience would be an advantage
* An understanding of ACC would be beneficial
