Together, we will bring the best of Suntory to Oceania.

The Opportunity

The Customer Equipment Coordinator is critical in ensuring that our customer and commercial teams' needs are consistently met by managing the lifecycle of our refrigeration equipment at customer premises.

What you'll be doing
  1. Be an absolute knowledge guru on all Suntory products and equipment, current and past.
  2. Maintain system and data integrity to ensure the business has accurate equipment data.
  3. Troubleshoot, educate, consult, answer and guide customers on our equipment.
  4. Act as a brand ambassador in all customer interactions.
  5. You'll be building our monthly reports, as well as owning the invoices end to end.
  6. Build rapport, collaborate with other teams, and - most importantly - have fun
What's in your toolkit?

To enable you to hit the ground running, we're looking for someone who brings:

  1. Experienced coordination skill with the ability to see the big picture and connect multiple parts to solve problems efficiently.
  2. The ability to "make it happen" – from planning to job completion including all the paperwork.
  3. Excellent computer literacy, communication, and customer service skills to respond to our 0800 line and shared email inbox of inquiries efficiently, working closely with our contractors to assist our customers.
  4. SAP experience or other similar ERP system experience is essential to hit the ground running as you will be processing a large number of invoices per day.
  5. Report building and analysis (extracting data from SAP, making reports, making presentations).
  6. High-level problem-solving skills – able to see the bigger picture, all perspectives, provide solutions, follow through on actions and show empathy and initiative.
  7. Experience and knowledge on dispatch and ordering parts for repairs.
  8. Desirable but not a must-have – refrigeration knowledge with the ability to diagnose and solve over the phone. (Training on refrigeration diagnosis and solving will be provided).

If you're not an expert in all these areas, don't worry A lot of what we look for is how you align with our values and your ability to utilize your unique skills and experience.

Apart from free drinks to keep you energized, here's what else we have to offer:
  1. Grow your career – we like to promote from within and have incredible learning and development opportunities around the world.
  2. Generous incentive to reward your hard work.
  3. An inclusive parental leave policy for both primary and secondary caregivers.
  4. Gradual return to work to help you transition back from parental leave.
  5. Flexible working - hybrid working possible once trained.
  6. Free onsite parking.
  7. We are committed to giving back to our communities, so we provide you with volunteer leave to do so.
What's next?
