Stadium/Programmes Coordinator - Franklin Pool and Leisure The Franklin Pool & Leisure centre is a key community hub for the area, and therefore the ability to engage with the community and the wide range of users is essential. Responsibilities:
Generate a positive and friendly atmosphere amongst customers and staff
Ensure the stadium and equipment is always kept clean and tidy
Foster and maintain great relationships with sports teams, clubs and other stadium users
Increase utilisation and ongoing bookings
Ensure health and safety procedures are maintained to a high standard
Day to day operation of the Chill Out After School Care and Holiday Programme
Staff management
Running of sports leagues in the stadium
Hours:
30-40 hours per week
The facility is open 7 days a week – you must be able to work one day per weekend
