This is a great interim role to make a lasting impact and help shape the future this growing organisation.As an Interim HR Manager, you'll be the driving force behind establishing robust HR practices, ensuring a smooth and successful start-up phase.
You'll be busy ensuring that talent acquisition is managed effectively and from an HR perspective, that the business is set up well for success.Highlights of this role:Opportunity to make a significant contribution to a new business setupChance to showcase your HR expertise and leadership skillsCollaborate with a passionate and driven team to build a strong foundation for the organisation.Preferred Requirements:Proven experience in HR management, with a focus on new business setup and implementationExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levelsStrong problem-solving abilities and the flexibility to adapt to a dynamic environmentProficiency in HR best practices, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relationsAbility to work independently and as part of a collaborative international teamPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldRelevant HR certifications or designations (e.g., HRBP, SHRM-CP)Familiarity with the consumer goods and retail industry is an absolute advantage.This is an interim role currently, with scope for a permanent opportunity for the right person.
