The ideal candidate will be proactive, energetic and confident.
You will have proven experience in administration, preferably providing administrative support to a senior leader.Key areas of responsibility will include:Providing all required operational and administrative supportDiary managementEffectively triaging correspondence and escalating or redirecting mattersScreening calls and act as first point of contactEnsuring all the relevant information in all cases is adequately briefed for meetings (internal and external) or events.Coordinating projects as requiredArranging, organising and administering or supporting events as required.This role requires the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.
You will be proactive and demonstrate initiative.To be successful in this role you will offer:Advanced administration skillsHighly developed organisational skills.Exceptional computer skills; conversant with the Microsoft Office suite of productsStrong interpersonal skills – you will be to vary your style to meet the needs of the audienceAbility to build and maintain effective, successful and professional working relationshipsMaintain a high degree of discretion and exercise sound judgement in dealing with sensitive and confidential matters.Willingness to work outside normal office hours, on occasion, to attend meetings and functions.Once competent in the role, you will have the option to work from home up to two days per week.Interested?
