Key Responsibilities:

This position will require a high degree of organization, attention to detail, and effective communication skills to succeed. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing exceptional administrative support, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining confidentiality and discretion in sensitive situations.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree with eight (8) years of relevant experience; OR High School diploma or GED and ten (10) years of relevant experience.
  • Degree in Business is preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively with executives, administrative personnel, and line management.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity software.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform other physical demands associated with the job.
  • Onsite attendance Monday through Friday with some need for overtime as authorized.
